Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Leopold II, Holy Roman Emperor (1747 - 1792), Austro-German School, 18th century. A half-length portrait of a man, turned to the left, gazing at the spectator, dressed in a uniform and wearing the Order of the Garter and other decorations. Inscribed Joseph Ballatius on the reverse.
