Oil painting on canvas, Called Thomas Vernon (d.1693), Registrar of Worcester but really ?Thomas Vernon, MP (1654-1721), British (English) School, circa 1690 - 1693. A painted oval bust-length portrait of a man, turned slightly to the right, gazing at the spectator, very long, light-brown wig, black robe and white bands. Inscribed No 11.
