Figure, soft paste porcelain, depicting a woman taking a flower from basket on top of a memorial plinth, square base, by Larcombe & Paget, Old Crown Works, Derby, 1917-33; decorated in polychrome enamels, the woman wearing a deep blue waistcoat with gilt crescent moons and stars over a yellow smock with red flowers and a white skirt with pink enamel and gilt stylised feathers, turquoise shoes, the plinth painted to replicate marble with gilt moulded swag, the basket of flowers naturalistically coloured.

Figure, soft paste porcelain, depicting a woman taking a flower from basket on top of a memorial plinth, square base, by Larcombe & Paget, Old Crown Works, Derby, 1917-33; decorated in polychrome enamels, the woman wearing a deep blue waistcoat with gilt crescent moons and stars over a yellow smock with red flowers and a white skirt with pink enamel and gilt stylised feathers, turquoise shoes, the plinth painted to replicate marble with gilt moulded swag, the basket of flowers naturalistically coloured. Larcombe & Paget worked from the King Street porcelain factory in Derby. The factory was bought by the Royal Crown Derby Company Ltd in 1935.
