15v. : ill. (plates, some folded) ; 4to. 29 annual issues in 15 vols (Jan 1682 - Dec 1710). Vols. 16-19 (1711-16) plus supplements under Running number: 1512. Provenance: library of Sir Richard Ellys (1682-1742) of Nocton, Lincolnshire. Binding: eighteenth-century full sprinkled sheep over boards with triple blind fillet border; 3 raised bands (vols. 5-6 covering 1690-93 with 4 raised bands); publication dates blind tooled at head of spine, and gilt framed title and publication dates on goat skin label; two colour endbands; plain pastedown and endleaves; sprinkled edges. Vols. 1-6, 9-15 in book shoes.
