Provenance: former Dyrham shelfmark on front pastedown: 'C no-2'; inscription in black ink on front pastedown 'm, m, mno, John Blath'. Binding: eighteenth-century brown mottled calf; sewn on five raised bands; green and white sewn endbands; decorative gold tooling to spine, with 'METAMOR D'OVIDE' and volume number in gold directly on spine.
