Provenance: former Dyrham shelfmark on front pastedown 'C no-1'. Binding: eighteenth-century brown mottled calf; sewn on five raised bands; green and white sewn endbands; decorative gold tooling to spine, with 'METAMOR D'OVIDE' and volume number in gold directly on spine.
