Manuscript codes on vol. 1 front pastedown: "k/b/" (in ink) and "S / 50" (in pencil). Manuscript inscription (price?) in pencil scribbled over in ink on vol. 1 front fly-leaf. Top corner of vol. 1 front fly-leaf torn off to remove inscription. Manuscript number between two diagonal parallel lines on vol. 1 rear pastedown: "135". Manuscript price[?] on vol. 2 rear pastedown: "30tt" [i.e. 30 livres tournois?]. Binding: eighteenth-century full sprinkled calf; sewn on six raised bands; double and single blind fillet border; gilt roll pattern along board edges; gold-tooled spines; gilt title and vol. number on brown leather labels on spines. Red sprinkled textblock edges.
