Various seventeenth century manuscript inscriptions in a variety of different hands on preliminary and final free end-papers and on leaf 2d8v. These include inscriptions "Edmund" and "Charles", each repeated several times. Binding: seventeenth century blind-tooled calf; blind tooled fillet on edges of boards; seventeenth century printed waste used as end-papers; text block edges sprinkled brown.
