Loosely inserted: slip of Norris's notes. Inscribed on flyleaf in Norris's hand: East Sutton Park [East Sutton Park, Kent, seat of baronets of Filmer, who were connected to the 2nd Lord Raymond, Benesham Filmer having inherited the estate of Pirton from him].. Binding: Seventeenth-century full calf over boards; blind fillets and tools to form a border and central panel; brown leather spine label with title 'Baudii Poem'; sewn on four raised bands.
