Provenance: Black ink stamp: The National Trust founded 1895. Binding: Eighteenth-century red morocco over boards, gilt cottage style tooling on covers, gilt tooling on spine, board edges and inners, gilt edges. Two different sets of hand-printed endpapers; the endpapers attached to the covers have green silk pieces added to them to form pockets.
