61v. ; 4to. 18th-century marginal pen strokes throughout marking bibliographical information. Provenance: library of Sir Richard Ellys (1682-1742) of Nocton, Lincolnshire. Vol. for 1692 with anonymous armorial bookplate (cut-out and pasted in): two lions rampant reguardant supporting shield, quartered; 1 a lion rampant per gules quarter, 2 azure and or bands per pale and scallop shells per sable pale; coronet of a marquis. Binding: 18th-century full sprinkled calf over boards; gilt roll pattern on board edges; five raised bands, gilt tooled spine (various designs) with gilt title and publication date; one- or two-coloured endbands; pastedown and endleaf (1731-1737 with marbled pastedown and endleaf and silk marker); sprinkled leaf edges; 1735-7 in shoe boxes.
