Summary
Oil painting on panel, King Edward VI, after William (Guillaume) Scrots (fl.1537-1553), 19th century. A half-length portrait of the boy king, richly dressed with much metal thread and jewellery, lace collar and bejewelled hat looking to the left.
Provenance
Bequeathed to the National Trust by Edgar Graham Lister (1873 – 1956) with the house and collection of furniture in 1956.
