Oil painting on canvas, Still Life with Poultry and an Urn, by Jan Weenix the younger (Amsterdam 1642 – Amsterdam 1719). Weenix's reputation was built on large baroque still-lifes such as this rather than on the infrequent portraits such as that in the Entrance Hall.

Collection of Sir Frederick Cook (1844 - 1920), Doughty House, Richmond (no. 377); bought through Leggatt Bros. by Mrs Bambridge in May 1959, for £900; bequeathed by Elsie Kipling, Mrs George Bambridge (1896 - 1976), daughter of Rudyard Kipling, to the National Trust together with Wimpole Hall, all its contents and an estate of 3,000 acres
