Chest on stand (not original); William and Mary walnut tall boy on stand; upper chest cornice in diagonal cross grain veneer, cavetto moulded; top row of two small drawers and three long drawers; mitred corners and veneered borders to all drawers; rounded bead moulding surrounds; lower chest apron shaped with three drawers, outer pair and centre with bands of diaginal cross grain veneer and mitred corners; pierced brass key plates on all drawers of upper chest; handles on all drawers are brass, single pear drop mounted on pierced circular back plates but each drawer shows evidence of being fitted with drop loop handles mounted on separate back plates; turned legs and 'X' shaped stretchers are reproductions
