Summary
Floor tile - Design 57 - Fragment - The tile is a border tile. The tile has two parallel lines running along the edges with five circles inbetween. Potentially mid 13th to early 14th century. (Group F – Burnett-Brown Tile Collection Report). The tile fragment is in good condition and has a single circle. The majority of the slip remains. Small patches of the circle are glazed and most of the border line is glazed. On the body, there is a thin layer of glaze across the fragment.
