Summary
Floor tile - Design 57 - Fragment - The tile is a border tile. The tile has two parallel lines running along the edges with five circles inbetween. Potentially mid 13th to early 14th century. (Group F – Burnett-Brown Tile Collection Report). The tile fragment is in good condition and has three circles. Most of the slip remains and small patches are still glazed. On the body, there are very small patches of glaze and there is a dent which also contains glaze. There are patches of glaze along one edge.
