Floor tile - Design 45 - Fragment - The tiles have intersecting arcs and fleurs de lys on trefoil headed bases. There are two fleurs de lys with an abacus and two with foliate arms. Potentially mid 13th to early 14th century. (Group F – Burnett-Brown Tile Collection Report). The tile is completely missing one corner and is in fair condition. Some slip remains, mainly around the sides. The slip and the imprint have worn away in the middle of the tile. There is a very small patch of glaze on the slip and a speckled patch of glaze remaining on the body. On the reverse are three whole circular scoop and a part of another one.
