The tile has a straight to slight bevel edge and a single central scoop in the reverse. The glaze is light olive over the slip and olive glaze over the body. Potentially late 15th to early 16th century. It is part of a 16 tile set with designs 14, 16 and 17. (Group C – Burnett-Brown Tile Collection Report). The tile is in very good condition and is bright in colour. The vast majority of the slip is present and a lot of the glaze remains. There are a few pits on the surface, two of them deep. There is coarse mortar stuck to all the edges and the base. On the reverse is a sing central scoop
