Summary

A brass coloured metal and red enamel pin badge attached to a piece of card. The top section of the badge has red enamel banners across which is written: COUNTY OF HADDINGTON. This is the section attached to the card by a pin. A metal loop connects the pendant underneath which is circular and has a red enamel border. The writing on the border reads: THE BRITISH RED CROSS SOCIETY. In the middle of the pendant is a white shield with a red cross in the middle. On the reverse of the pendant section the numbers 15456 and the name G. HAY is unprofessionally engraved.
