Summary
A Vincennes two-handled covered cup and cover and stand, gobelet à lait de Chopine, deuxième grandeur, with a bleu lapis ground, the early mottled uneven blue, with s reserves of gilt birds on the wing within elaborate garlands of leaves and flowers, marked with interlaced l’s enclosing the date letter ‘A’ for 1754 on the cup, but outside on the saucer, both in blue enamel.
