Summary
Coffee can (goblet litron) in hard paste porcelain. Part of a set with saucer. Black, gilded with formal border of scrolls and swags of leaves and flowers. Blue interlaced L's and LG (in blue enamel on saucer and in gilt on cup) for the gilder Etienne-Charles Le Guay (b.1762). Made by the Sèvres porcelain factory, France, about 1780.
