Summary
A Kodak 16mm Enlarger. This is a specialised fixed focus folding camera for making enlargements of 16mm frames onto 616 film. The body is metal covered in black leather with chrome stays and fittings and the bellows is leather. A plate on the front says 'Kodak 16mm Enlarger, made in U.S.A. by Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester, N.Y.' There is a carrying handle and a 16mm frame holder in front of the lens.
