Oil painting on panel,The Persian Sibyl with a Cloud with Bright Rays (after Crispijn van de Passe, the elder ), British (English) School, Sibylla Persica - A female, bust length portrait, brown hair tied in a topknot, in an unplaited tail over a white cloth. She holds her sibylic book open in her left hand. Above a cloud to her right emerge bright rays. Her prophesy: 'Satan shall be overcome by a true prophet'. Her emblem is a lantern.
