Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Called Sir John Morgan, 2nd Bt of Kinnersley Castle, MP (c.1650-1692/3), British (English) School, 18th century. A three-quarter-length portrait of a man, turned to the right, gazing at the spectator, standing, wearing a full suit of armour, his right hand resting on his helmet which is on a table on the right. He has long brown hair and a moustache. The armour is purely the invention of the artist. Large crimson drape on the left.
