Summary
Oil painting on canvas, A Watermill and Millpond with Figures, attributed to Jacques Nicolas Julliard (Paris 1715 – Paris 1790). Watermill with bridge to left and tall tree to right with four figures. Figure in red carries a bucket, figure in blue draws water from pond, a figure stands by the mill door, and the fourth lies on the ground. Companion to P/173.
Provenance
Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
