Summary
Oil painting on canvas, A Bay Horse in Landscape with his Groom and Two Hounds by William Shaw (fl.1755 – London c.1772), 1766. A chestnut hunter standing to the left, held by a man in a long green hunting coat and two hounds nearby. In 1766 Matthew Fetherstonhaugh paid Shaw £27.6s for two pictures.
