Baby's shirt, made from nine pieces of fine white linen lawn. Front and backs cut from one oblong of fabric, shaped to create rounded neckline. Neckline also finished with gathered frill of fine lawn. Squares of fabric inset below sleeves to create gusset. Fabric very frail and damaged at this point. Hand-stitched.
