Summary
Livery tricorne hat - Made from black beaver and lined with cream silk with a label in the centre 'Lincoln Bennett and Co, Sackville Street, Picadilly - Extra Quality'. There is a lion and Unicorn and the Royal Coat of Arms. It has a deep hatband of simulated leather. The brim is bound with black braid with a black braid loop on one side and a black braid hatband with a bow. Cunnington 'Hatbands more often worn by servants in livery'. (male)
