Oil painting on canvas, Lady Elizabeth Cavendish, Countess of Bridgewater (c.1627-1663), attributed to Mary Beale (1633-1699), circa 1640. A sculptured painted oval portrait, head-and-shoulders, slightly right, in plum coloured dress and blue cloak over left shoulder, her hair in ringlets.
