Summary
Oil painting on canvas (oval), Frances Parker, Lady Pakington (1670/71-before 1700) by John James Baker (fl.1648-1712), ?1691. An oval half-length portrait of a young woman, turned slightly to left, head inclined to the right, facing spectator, dark hair, wearing a décolleté reddish-brown gown, with jewelled studs fastened at the bust and sleeve, with an olive green striped silk scarf draped over her left shoulder.
