Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Mrs Voss (d. after 1716) with her daughter Catherine, later Mrs James Huckle (c.1690-1714), after Sir Godfrey Kneller (Lübeck 1646 - London 1723), circa 1695. A three-quarter length portrait, seated, her head resting on her right hand, wearing a brown and white chemise and a green cloak; she is accompanied by her child, shown to the right. Mrs Voss was Kneller's model and mistress.
