Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Called Sir Barrington Bourchier by John Verelst (fl 1698 - London 1734), signed and dated 1699. A half-length, painted oval portrait of the son of Sir Barrington Bourchier ( b. 1651) and his first wife Judith Millbank in a wig and blue robe with white cravat. Barrington was half-brother to the builder of Beningbrough Hall, John Bourchier (1684 - 1736).
