Summary
A pair of curtains with a matching pelmet, part of a set of four, England, 1977. Curtains and pelmets of yellow cotton, woven with self coloured stripe. The curtains trimmed with wide, green, cotton braid. Lined and interlined. The pelmets, simple swags of the same yellow cotton, woven with self coloured stripe. Trimmed with wide, green, cotton braid and green, wool bullion fringe. The curtains were made by Blickling Textile Conservation Studio and the pelmets by Colefax and Fowler.
