Summary
An oak and burr oak crossbanded cabinet on a stand, English or Welsh, early 18th century. Adapted in the 19th century to form a doll's, or baby, house. The right proper end now with four glass 'windows'. With moulded cornice above a pair of doors crossbanded in burr oak. Raised on a stand fronted by a pair of cabriole legs. The rear legs rectangular-section.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
