Caption
Lady Elizabeth Clifford, Countess of Burlington (1621-98) was the daughter and heir of Henry Clifford, 5th Earl of Cumberland (1591-1643). In 1635 she married Richard Boyle, 2nd Earl of Cork and 1st Earl of Burlington (1612-1697), and became Baroness Clifford in her own right in 1628.
