Caption
Elizabeth Montagu was the only daughter of Edward Montagu, 2nd Earl of Sandwich (1648-1688) and Anne (or Mary), 3rd or 4th daughter of Richard Boyle, 2nd Earl of Cork & 1st Earl of Burlington. Her mother died in 1671, having had Edward, 3rd Earl (1670-1729), Richard, M.P. (1671-1697), and her, who must therefore have been born before either of them, in 1668 or 1669. Her date of death appears to be unknown.
