Full description
Elizabeth II 50p coin. The obverse shows a right facing Elizabeth second portrait head and shoulders. Around the left edge is ‘D.G.REG.F.D.1969’ and around the right edge is ‘ELIZABETH.II’. The reverse shows a seated Britannia with shield and trident, holding an olive branch in her left hand and with a lion sat at her feet. Around the top edge is ‘NEW’ ‘PENCE’ and at the bottom is ’50’
