Waddington’s shaped jig-map of North Europe with place-name quiz made in Great Britain by John Waddington ltd. The jig-saw is made of thin cardboard and represents colourful pictures evocative of several countries from Northern Europe. Some of the pieces with the names of the countries on them are meant to quiz users.
Full description
Waddingtons was a British manufacturer of card and board games from 1922 to 1994 and produced several jig-maps like this one. Please see NT 670667 for a jig-map of South America from our Sudbury Hall Museum of Childhood collection.
