Lieutenant General of the Ordnance and/Colonel of the Royal Regiment of Horse guards./ To His Grace the Duke of Rutland this plate is most humbly inscribed by his Graces most obedient and dutiful servant/Published according to Act of Parliament price 5d and sold by Richd. Houston, next to the Golden Lion, Charing Cross/Richd Houston. (Inscribed around Coat of Arms with coronet supporters and motto of the Manners family).
