A silver coloured metal towel rail (.1) comprising three movable rails fixed to rectangular back plate. The centre rail has one bulldog clip (.2) and thin wire with a dangling small bulldog clip (.3) , the lower rail has three thin dangling wires, each with a small bulldog clip (.4-6).
