William III circular two-handled silver monteith (wine-glass cooler) with maker's mark of Samuel Hood, 1697, on gadrooned foot, the sides embossed with scrolling flutes interspersed with husks, the double scroll handles issuing from lion's mask terminals, the detachable collar shaped with scroll and cherub's mask border, body engraved with Winn crest.
