Summary
A mahogany chest on chest, English, circa 1770. With moulded and dentilled cornice and Chinese fretwork frieze above three short and three graduated long drawers between canted corners with conforming decoration. The lower section with a brushing slide above three further graduated long drawers. On bracket feet. The handles and slide pulls replaced.

Purchased by the National Trust by private treaty sale from Lord St Oswald in 2010.
