Summary
Envelope containing 5 press cuttings. Envelope inscribed in blue pencil 'Poor Law reform', appended in lead pencil "and Lord Mayor Hospital Sunday Fund. Co-op Small Holdings"; inscribed above in hand of Lady Stamford "No use"; inscribed at foot of envelope "C.J. Vaughan" although the contents clearly post-date him. Cuttings all supplied by Romeike & Curtice to Lord Stamford, who is referred to in each: 1 on 'National Poor Law Reform Association', Times, 2.4.1910; 2 on Co-operative small holdings, from Morning Post and Country Life, April 1906; 2 on the Lord Mayor's Hospitality Sunday Fund, from the Morning Advertiser, 1/12/09, and The Times, 18 Jan 1910.
