Summary

Autograph letter signed by George Daniel Wray to Lady Stamford, enclosing a list of potential subscribers in the Parish to the R.H.S. War Horticultural Relief Fund. Ladies Committee; in envelope with receipt book. Headed: Timperley Vicarage; dated: March 16, 1916. Attached by paper clip to a typescript list of names on four sheets, having pencil annotated amounts paid or promised. Blue ink blotter sheet also enclosed. From top drawer of bookcase on west wall of study.
