Summary

Manuscript mandate to authorise payment from George Booth, 2nd Earl of Warrington, to "John Jackson Esq in Great Queen's Street … London" to the Countess of Stamford "on her order the sume of ninety guineas" Headed and dated: "Dunham 5 Septr: 1757." With inscribed note of receipt "8 Sepr: M: Stamford" Presumably accompanies the cover sheet, stored nearby.
