Summary
One of two unused postcards of the Countess of Stamford in the garden, the 9th Earl sitting to the rear in a sun hat, printed on the reverse 'Bowdon Series, Copyright S. Butler, Altrincham'. '117' is marked in white in the bottom right hand corner of the picture, the title in the bottom left corner, also in white, and the number '859' on the reverse. Contained in a plain brown envelope.
