Summary
Incomplete bed base frame consisting of two side rails, an end rail (one end rail missing) and canvas mattress support. Each rail has a shallow strip of canvas attached to the length of the rail, with rope holes along the loose edges; a longer canvas length (mattress support) with rope holes around its side, is attached to the strips of canvas with rope. One of the side rails has a leather strap tacked to it; marks are visible on the other side rail where a similar strap would have been attached. Each side rail also has a large rusty hook with which to hook it to the end rail.
