Summary
Red-stained wood end rail, possibly pine, with a bolt hole at each end (one bolt missing). The outer side has an incised line running along its length at the top and bottom and is incised 'II' and 'III' at the ends, and the inner side has a rebated top edge to which is tacked a short length of canvas with horizontal stripe and rope holes.
