Summary

Metal icing syringe with red plastic handle, part of a "Tala" icing set (No. 1705) also including seven icing nozzles (.2-.8) and an instruction book (c). Contained in a brightly coloured cardboard box featuring an image of a cake stand displaying small sponge cakes and a person icing a large cake (a).

Stamford collection; devised to the National Trust by Roger Grey, 10th Earl of Stamford (1896-1976).
