Summary
Cube-shaped wooden stool with hinged, paddded lid and four feet. The external sides are covered in a scrolling floral/foliate pattern in shades of green, the tacks along each edge once covered in a pink/red tape, now largely missing. The tapestry top features a geometric pattern in cream stripes alternating with a narrow brown/black line and on a blue ground in a number of shades. The interior is lined with heavily pattern-ed paper and has red textile strips attached. Contains a leather strap.
